Job Description
Working within our small but busy Accounts department you will report into the Accounts Dept Manager and take on full responsibility for the Purchase Ledger, using Sage Cloud50. In addition you will also provide cover in the team as required for other ledger tasks. This role provides a much needed resource to the business and as such you will be confident liaison with colleagues across all departments. You will also be required to take on other administration duties – for example, CRM & database updates and booking deliveries for bespoke projects. With your ‘can do’ attitude you can offer support to the Business in many areas to make your role more varied and involved.
The environment is very fast paced and changing, with no 2 days ever the same. If you enjoy working in a vibrant team which is fun and hard work at the same time, you will love this role. You can really learn and develop your skills and knowledge of the events sector, developing your own career long term.
Hours of work
9.00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (some flexibility on start/finish times – possibility of P/T also available for the right applicant)
