Established for over 19 years, EPH Creative is one of the UK’s leading event & theming suppliers. We work with an ever-growing & impressive range of clients from well-known TV Shows, to Visitor Attractions, Corporate Clients, Weddings and Private Parties. We supply props and theming to over 2,000 events & bespoke projects each year.

Our headquarters in Thorp Arch near Leeds houses a vast Aladdin’s cave of props, furniture and theming, over 145,000 sq ft. Our State of the Art Scenic Production facility is one of the largest in the UK.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team. You would be supporting the wider Sales team with administrative tasks, as well as responding to client enquiries and processing orders yourself.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Creative Sales, and for the right candidate there are opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming sales phone enquiries, talking to clients and discussing their requirements
• Responding to customer emails, prioritising correspondence
• Processing bookings, checking rental availability, updating all computer systems
• Managing Event Furniture enquiries and bookings
• Providing support to the business development team, including making outbound calls
• Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Hours of work

Usual office hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Unpaid lunch of 30mins each day. We are looking for part time or full time applicants who are interested in this role – 30-40hrs.

£19,000 - £24,000 p.a.
