Event Prop Hire worked with Allied PRA to utterly transform “The Great Room” of the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, into a sensational Street Party. This event played host to over 1,000 attendees, so demanded attention to detail on the grandest scale. Our Production department liaised closely with the client to produce a range of bespoke elements tailored specifically to the event; our in-house Graphics team rendered complete 3D visualisations of the room, to ensure that every concept could be effectively realised; and our Sales team had “the patience of a saint” liaising between them all! This preparation truly paid off on the day, and the installation looked as stunning as everyone had hoped. The client was thrilled with how the “team put on such a great show for us” – we can’t wait for the next one!
