Established for over 19 years, EPH Creative is one of the UK’s leading event & theming suppliers. We work with an ever-growing & impressive range of clients from well-known TV Shows, to Visitor Attractions, Corporate Clients, Weddings and Private Parties. We supply props and theming to over 2,000 events & bespoke projects each year. Our headquarters near Wetherby house are an Aladdin’s cave of props, furniture and theming, over 144,000 sq. ft. Our State of the Art Scenic Production facility is one of the largest in the UK.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Admin to join our team. As an Ops Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough and meticulous planner checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Transport Logistics team to arrange courier bookings for timely and secure delivery.
• Handle inbound and outbound transport calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide support and assistance in diverse operational tasks across departments.
• Maintain effective communication channels between teams.
• Serve as a reliable backup for the planning team during peak periods or absences.
• Organise additional crew for installs, 3rd party transport & travel bookings for Installs and Transport staff.
Skills/attributes required
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities with dedication and enthusiasm.
• Possess excellent computer, software skills, relevant to the role.
• Sage Accounts experience advantageous.
Hours of work
Operations , Monday to Friday. We are looking for part time or full time applicants who are interested in this role – 30-40hrs, and there is some flexibility in start and finish times, which range between 8am -5.30pm

£21,500 - £25,000 p.a. dependant on experience
