Established for over 19 years, EPH Creative is one of the UK’s leading event & theming suppliers. We work with an ever-growing & impressive range of clients from well-known TV Shows, to Visitor Attractions, Corporate Clients, Weddings and Private Parties. We supply props and theming to over 2,000 events & bespoke projects each year.

Our headquarters near Wetherby house an Aladdin’s cave of props, furniture and theming, over 145,000 sq ft. Our State of the Art Scenic Production facility is one of the largest in the UK.

We are looking for a Production Estimator to join our Projects team. who manage the development of all new products, and bespoke builds projects.

As Estimator, you would be supporting the projects team with production costs, liasing closely with our Production department to develop a deep understanding of our production capabilities, methods and costs. Your estimating will help steer decisions on projects and creative development.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and collaborating with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritising all responses for production estimates
• Liase with the projects, production & design departments to establish estimates on labour and materials
• Manage all estimates – keeping a grasp on pipeline on behalf of the production office
• Liase with production office regularly to communicate on capacity
• Assisting Project Managers with ad-hoc duties
• Reporting and Analysis on project costs
• Keep all systems up to date

Hours of work

Usual office hours are 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for part time or full time applicants who are interested in this role – 30-40hrs.

£28,000 - 32,000 p.a.
