We work with an ever-growing & impressive range of clients from well-known TV Shows, to Visitor Attractions, Corporate Clients, Weddings and Private Parties. We supply props and theming to over 2,000 events & bespoke projects each year.
Our headquarters near Wetherby house an Aladdin’s cave of props, furniture and theming, over 145,000 sq ft.
Based in the warehouse booth, and reporting to the Operations Director, this role coordinates activities across the warehouse and picking teams, and liases closely with key departments to act as main warehouse point of contact.
Assisting the Warehouse supervisors in planning and resourcing workload and priorities. The role is focused on supporting the department day to day, in addition to driving forwards improvements and efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Point of contact in warehouse for all departments – overseeing all of these -prioritising, escalating and delegating so that responses are given in a timely manner.
Co-ordinating load and unload priorities with Picking Supervisor and Transport dept.
Managing confirmed bookings for warehouse, checking load & unload times, relevant sections.
Take responsibility for overall status of opportunities in Current – ensuring they are all checked in accurately across all warehouse sections.
Printing / Boarding of new Jobs on a weekly basis Emails (LM, Revisions, Cancelled, Confirmed bookings, Stock Email, B2B)
Assist senior warehouse staff in resource planning to improve capacity and efficiency.
Liaise with Projects team to ensure that stock is up to date on systems prior to picking
Responsible for all customer collect calls and extended hire issues.
Daily system checks, to ensure jobs are not missed and version numbers align.
Working with managers to develop and improve systems and processes in the warehouse. This will involve developing new systems, which we will require your input. Report and record anomalies for the purposes of improvement.

Skills/attributes required
Confident communicator
Excellent organisation and prioritising
Proactive and keen to take ownership
Strong grasp of IT & systems
Desire to improve and grow the role
Hours of work
Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm
